A Reservation Deposit of one half the length of stay, with a maximum of $660.00 is required for advance reservation of an RV Lot. This deposit will be applied to the weekly rent (if renting by the week) or to the last month's rent (if renting monthly).
For the RV Unit a reservation deposit of one half the length of stay, with a maximum of $1,300.00 is required for advance reservation. This deposit will be applied to the weekly rent (if renting by the week) or to the last month's rent (if renting monthly). 50% of the month's will be refund with a written request to cancel within (60) sixty days prior to reservation date. no refund thereafter.
Seventy-five percent (75%) of the deposit for a RV Lot or the RV Unit will be refunded only upon the conditions that a request to cancel the reservation is received sixty (60) days prior with a written request to the reservation arrival date; no refund thereafter; no refund for early departure.
Full hook-ups with water, electric, and sewer.

Deposit
Damage deposit of $250 is due upon arrival. Unit will be inspected on day of departure. The cost to repair any damage will be deducted from the damage deposit. A statement of damages will be sent to renter with refund check, if any. Refund will be issued within 30 days of the date of departure.
Renter is responsible
Renter is responsible for laundry of bedding and towels, except for the last week of stay.
